Founded in February 2020 with an idea, a stack of business cards and a hand-built plywood work bench, Counter Weight Motorsport builds fast bikes for serious riders.
During the race season, we support clients with bike builds, service, crash repairs and special projects. During the off-season we open up scheduling for in-depth builds and restoration projects. We also provide full service general maintenance and repair on all makes and models of motorcycles.
On the race and riding front, in tandem with excellent coaches, riding schools and track day organizations we are committed to helping you make your motorcycle dreams real (and fun!). We host special events for our community at tracks around the Western United States, and if you’re looking for special event and/or MotoAmerica transport and logistics information, drop us a line.

When our team isn’t on the road with MotoAmerica racing ourselves, our founder and CW Moto Crew Chief Chris Lobkovich is in the field, trackside, every chance he gets. He supports riders nationwide at race events, test-and-tune events, and track days all year round. If you’ve hit a plateau in your riding performance and would like to arrange some time with a professional Crew Chief and race mechanic to help dial in your bike setup and take the next step in your on-track performance, give us a call and we’ll do our best to work you into Chris’s schedule.
